Please feel free to enjoy your lunch during our discussion. The session is an interactive discussion lasting 45 minutes including introductions. It is intentionally kept to a small group to ensure that every voice is heard.
About the Discussion Series:
As The Foundation for Black Excellence moves forward with our vision to build generational health, wealth, and knowledge, we recognize the necessity of doing so along with the communites we serve. Let's take some time to discuss the issues we see as parents, educators, and community members when it comes to education. Then, we can truly begin to take actions that create change.
This series is a cluster of meaningful and honest conversations about the state of education, specifically for Black children in New Orleans. We will work together to create a brave space to share our wins and losses and discuss real possibilities for preparing our children for their futures.
Registrants will receive an email with the zoom link as well as 2 questions we will focus on during our discussion. We hope that you choose to join us and to lend your voice and your opinion(s) to the conversation.
